Finance Assistant – Grade 5 points 14 – 17, £8.15 to £8.72 per hour – permanent post, term time only.
Required as soon as possible.We are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Finance Assistant to provide financial and general administrative support to the school. Reporting to the Business Manager you will be responsible for the day to day financial administration of the school, including raising order requisitions, processing invoices and controlling and reconciling school bank accounts. Additionally, you will provide administrative support in our busy reception area.Experience of a similar role in a school environment would be advantageous but not absolutely necessary.

Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant – 6.25 hours per week, £6.29 per hour, term time only. Required for November 2009.
General lunchtime supervision of students as part of a team of four.
